A member of our staff is available 7 days a week 365 days a year in order to take care of any issue that may arise with your rental property. We do not take any matter lightly and know the value of quick response time. Twin Cities Home Rental simplifies the entire rental process with technology and systems. Your tenants will be at ease knowing that they will receive quick response and action to any matter that may occur. Owners will have access to all their monthly statements and any work orders via their Online Owner Account The portals for both owners and tenants will be used to expedite maintenance requests, submit on-line payments, enter notes and to provide a record for all property-related items. For extra peace of mind we have implemented Video inspections along with our move in/ move out checklist that will document the condition of your entire home on Video before and after each move in/ move out. After every move in/ move out that we perform you will get to see the condition of your investment property from the comfort of your own home with your own personal link via You Tube. We are extremely aggressive with our marketing plan getting your home advertised on over 125+ web sites and online newspaper publications. We do a full background check done at the national level along with employment/income verification and a previous landlord check. We are always in constant communication with our property owners through out this entire process.
