| My name is Angel Lopez and I am the Property Manager for Las Palmas Realty, LLC on the Easter part of Central Florida. You may contact me at 407-402-1567. Manny Lopez, 352-302-4192, is the Broker and Property Manager for the West coast of Central Florida. I manage properties in the Volusia, Seminol, & North Orange County areas. Manny Lopez manages properties in the Citrus and Hernando County area. Las Palmas Realty offer two options by which to serve you better. In both choices, we do a credit report, criminal background check, eviction check, bankruptcies, etc. We verify employment, and residential history.
Our Full Management Option gives you the peace of mind of not having to deal with the day to day management of your rental. You just sit back and collect the money we send you.
The second choice is the Lease Only Option. In this option we find you a qualified tenant, and you manage your own property. Call me to see which is best for you. |
