A community of mobile homes, usually with some recreational facilities, an office, and private roads. These communities are commonly structured as:
• Single Owner
• Community Owned
Single Owner
A single person or company owns all of the property that within the community, including the lots that the mobile homes occupy. The Property manager of these communities are responsible for selecting good tenants anc collecting the rent for the lot the mobile homes each occupy.
Community Owned
The owners of the mobile homes also own the property of the community jointly, and share ownership of the common areas. The Property Manager of these communities are not responsible for collecting rent, but may collect association dues.
